WMC Auxiliary is sponsoring a women's bowling league

The Winneshiek Medical Center Auxiliary is again sponsoring the Red Smock Bowling League for the 2019/20 season.

The Red Smock Bowling League is a non-sanctioned league for women bowlers of all ages and abilities (from novice to advanced). The league would like to expand by adding several new teams this season. Women are invited to join by forming a new team, or coordinators will assign new bowlers to a current group. Women willing to be substitute bowlers are also needed.

Bowling starts on Monday, September 9th, at 1:00 p.m. at Oneota Lanes in Decorah; however, bowlers are welcome to join anytime. The season concludes in the spring. Cost is $8.00 per bowler/week, with $6.50 for bowling fees and $1.50 to the WMC Auxiliary. Proceeds from all Auxiliary fund raisers benefit Winneshiek Medical Center by supporting program and equipment needs, as well as the Auxiliary Health Care Career Scholarship.
