Des Moines man arrested for forgery and theft

30-year-old Amir Kajtezovic of Des Moines was arrested Tuesday afternoon and transported from the Tama County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail for felony forgery and felony theft 2nd degree arrest warrant.
