La Crosse, WI man transported to Winneshiek County Jail

On Monday night, 35-year-old Peter Torres of La Crosse, WI was incarcerated in the La Crosse County Jail. Torres waived extradition and was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for a violation of probation arrest warrant.
