Decorah City Council unanimously approves every item Monday

Decorah City Council members voted 7-0 in favor of every single item that was brought before them on Monday evening.

After setting September 24th as the date of a special election in the Second Ward, city council members approved the Dry Run Park site plan 7-0, then approved the Kwik Star Montgomery Street site plan 7-0.

But the unanimous feeling didn't end then.  City council members approved hiring Mc Clure Engineering for preliminary and final designs for Locust Road 7-0, then voted 7-0 in favor of increasing water and sewer rates 7-0.

Monday evening's city council meeting then ended without a single "no" vote having been cast.
