Decorah woman arrested for OWI

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested a Decorah woman Thursday night on an OWI charge.

71-year-old Karon Fromm was charged with Operating While under the Influence shortly before 11:00 p.m. after being stopped on Pole Line Road in Decorah Township.
