4-H Citizenship Group is raising funds for next March's trip to Washington D.C.

Winneshiek County 4-H Citizenship Group members are planning to go to Washington D.C. next March. As a result, members have been raising funds to help pay for the cost of the trip.

Fundraising events so far have included a Dessert Fair at Gossling Woodworking, bake sales, concessions at the 4-H Clothing, Food and Communication Day event and working at the Dairy Bar at the Winneshiek County Fair. The group has raised over $1,000 so far.

Citizen Group members are Alex Kane, Anna Grace Holthaus, Anna-Britt Lien, Braunwyn Darrington, Brynn Storhoff, Chris Larson, Dylan Elsbernd, Elizabeth Pritchard, Libby Phillips and Morgan Moen.
