Tractor Accident Sunday in Orleans Township

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department responded Sunday afternoon to a tractor accident north on County Road W14, near Orleans Township.

Nate Henry of Harmony, MN was driving his 1990 John Deere Tractor north on County Road W14 when his steering failed and he swerved into a ditch. No injuries were reported and no ambulance transport was required.
