Osage man arrested for public intoxication

The Decorah Police Department says it received a report early Saturday morning of a man passed out on the rear porch of a house at 609 East Water Street.

28-year-old Mark Gisleson of Osage was arrested just before 5:00 a.m., charged with Public Intoxication and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
