Peace & Justice Center and Parks Dept. donate 4 trash cans to Phelps Park

Decorah Phelps Park has 4 new trash receptacles, which were donated by the Northeast Iowa Peace and Justice Center, with help from the Decorah Parks Department. The receptacles are made of recycled plastics that represent 6,500 bags that won't end up in the landfill. The receptacles have been installed by Decorah Parks.
