Charges filed against a Castalia man

A Castalia man faces criminal charges of Felony Domestic Abuse Assault and Felony Child Endangerment.

31-year-old Luke Knockel was arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies Tuesday for a Monday night incident. Knockel was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail, where he remains in custody.
