Historic Preservation Commission endorses Decorah's Main Street Iowa application

The Winneshiek County Historic Preservation Commission endorses the idea of Decorah applying to become a Main Street Iowa program participant.

Commission members have approved a motion supporting Decorah's application to be selected this year as a Main Street participant.  Representatives from Decorah's Main Street committee will be in Des Moines on July 30th to make an official presentation to the Iowa Department of Economic Development.  The IDED will announce its pick early in August.
