Decorah woman charged with OWI

The Decorah Dispatch Center received a call regarding a car being rear-ended in the parking lot of Culver's Monday evening.

The driver of the vehicle who caused the accident, 38-year-old Carrie Quandahl of Decorah, was asked to perform a field sobriety test and the Officers determined she was intoxicated. Quandahl was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail and charged with OWI 1st Offense.
