Crews will be working on W40

Construction crews will be working on Winneshiek County Highway W-40 starting Wednesday, from Locust Road to Hesper and the Minnesota state line.

Crews will be starting asphalt maintenance work on the road.  Motorists should expect traffic delays in the areas where crews are working.
