2019 Winneshiek County Fair Queen is crowned

The 2019 Winnehsiek County Fair Coronation took place right after the opening ceremonies on Tuesday afternoon in the Grandstand. Mikayla Hageman was crowned Queen and Presley Bushman was crowned Princess. Both are students at South Winneshiek High School.
