Traffic accident causes $9,500 in damages

Decorah Police issued two tickets to the driver of a car which struck parked cars on Heivly Street around 3:45 Wednesday afternoon.

Police charged 29-year-old Amber Snow with Driving on the Wrong Side of a Two-Way Road and with Failure to Maintain Control of a Vehicle.  However, Snow told police she believed she was having seizures at the time of the accident.

Snow's car struck a parked car on Heivly Street, pushing the parked car into a second parked car.  Damages to the three vehicles totaled $9,500.
