Judge says Fullhart murder trial still will be held July 17th

Cresco resident Brian Fullhart will go on trial July 17th on two charges in the death of his wife, Zoanne Fullhart of Decorah.  That date was confirmed by District Judge Linda Fangman on Monday.  She issued an order Monday that confirmed the July 17th trial date.  Additionally, Judge Fangman wrote, "If an agreement is reached disposing of the case prior to trial, counsel shall advise the presiding criminal judge or court administration designee by 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to trial.

Fullhart faces two criminal charges in his wife's death—a charge of 1st Degree Murder and a charge of Going Armed With Intent.
