Decorah man arrested for O.W.I.

The Decorah Police Department reports 21-year-old Blake Hoppe of Decorah was arrested and taken into custody after a traffic stop on Crescent Avenue at 1:05 a.m. Thursday.

Hoppe was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested for O.W.I. 1st offense.
