Three people arrested in separate incidents over the weekend

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports making the following three arrests over the weekend:
57-year-old Jonathan Spencer of Pearcy, AR was arrested at 1:05 a.m.Sunday in Jackson Junction and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on an Arrest Warrant for Harassment Third Degree.
56-year-old Sharon Balik of Randalia was arrested Sunday evening in Decorah and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for Trespassing.
