Decorah man faces domestic abuse charge

The Decorah Police Department says officers were called to Winneshiek Medical Center on Wednesday to investigate a domestic abuse complaint.

Officers arrested 25-year-old Brandon Blain of Decorah and charged him with a Class D felony, Domestic Abuse Assault, Causing Injury.
