Monona woman arrested in Decorah for OWI

Decorah Police say a traffic stop on Highway 9 around 2:00 Saturday morning led to an arrest.

During the traffic stop the officer learned 24-year-old Gretchen Hanson had a suspended driver's license.  The officer arrested her for Driving While Suspended and Operating While Intoxicated, first offense.  She was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail, where she was booked on the two charges.
