CHOICE Employment Services of Decorah hires Regional Director

Kaitlyn Kregel has been hired as the Regional Director of Choice Employment Services.  She will be based out of the Choice offices in Decorah, overseeing job coaches and supporting workers.

Kregel graduated from Wartburg College this year with a major in Social Work and minor in Leadership. She interned with Friends of the Family in Waverly, helping survivors of domestic violence as well as homeless people find safe housing and be more independent.

Kregel worked for CHOICE last summer as a job coach, directly supporting individuals with disabilities as they learned to maintain successful employment in the community.
