Rainy weather has impacted the Highway 52 construction project

A planned detour on Highway 52 in Fillmore County has been delayed until June 10th.

The Minnesota DOT says rainy weather has slowed the work on Highway 52 between Chatfield and Interstate 90 at Marion. While some paving work has gotten done, the DOT has decided to delay the second detour until June 10th.
That detour is from Olmsted County Road 7 north to Interstate 90 to Highway 52.
