Elgin woman charged for shoplifting

The Decorah Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart Wednesday afternoon in response to a shoplifting incident.

30-year-old Holly Pfister of Elgin was charged with Theft in the 5th Degree. Pfister was cited and released.
