Decorah man arrested on theft warrant

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 27-year-old Jamarr Eddy of Decorah was arrested Tuesday night in Freeport. Eddy was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on an Arrest Warrant for Theft 5th Degree.
