Depot Outlet awards a grant to the Quilts of Valor program

The Depot Outlet Board has awarded a $2,000 grant to Decorah Quilts of Valor #541.

The money will be used to help Quilts of Valor continue to make quilts for service members and veterans touched by war.  Quilts of Valor will make its next presentation of quilts to veterans on Memorial Day at 3:00 p.m. at the Decorah VFW.

The Depot Outlet contributes profits from its sale of recycled clothing and small household goods to community and church organizations throughout Winneshiek County.
