Decorah High School, Aase Haugen Senior Services and Northeast Iowa Community have held a graduation celebration for the first graduates of the new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program at Decorah High School.

All seven members of the class have earned their CNA.  The new high school block scheduling led to scheduling the CNA class.  Aase Haugen created a lab in their facility on Ohio Street, making it convenient for students to earn certification during the school day. The CNA course will continue to be offered to high school students in the upcoming 2019-2020 school year.
