Traffic accident kills Decorah man

There's been a fatal traffic accident in Winneshiek County.

The Iowa State Patrol says shortly before 3:00 Monday afternoon, 86-year-old Norman Dickman was driving his vehicle on Highway 9 when he made a left turn in front of a car driven by 62-year-old Lorrie Reed of Darlington, Wisconsin.  The two vehicles collided.  Dickman died of injuries received in the crash.  Reed was uninjured.
