Chatfield man charged with 3rd degree sexual assault

Following an investigation by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office with the assistance of the Fillmore County Sheriff's Office, 18-year-old Damien Anthony of Chatfield, MN has been charged with Felony Sexual Assault in the 3rd degree.
An arrest warrant was issued by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office. Anthony was arrested in Fillmore County, Minnesota, and is being held in the Fillmore County Jail awaiting extradition. Following extradition to Iowa Anthony will be transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
