Decorah HS graduate is Loras College's student speaker at Saturday's Commencement

Commencement ceremonies for the Loras College class of 2019 were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Rock Bowl Stadium on the Loras College campus in Dubuque.

Among the graduating seniors was Decorah native Ervin Yahr III, who also was the student commencement speaker.
