Downtown Decorah parking lot gets a new look

Retailers in downtown Decorah have been grumbling about the parking lot south of Water Street, next to the Decorah Elks Club.  Winter had created several large potholes and had erased any remaining parking lot lines.

But crews have been at work this week patching the potholes and striping parking lines.  The result has been pleasing, as you can tell by clicking on photo #2
