Ramadan meals begin Tuesday

The Decorah Methodist Church and Good Shepherd Lutheran church will again host meals during Ramadan for Muslim Luther students and Muslim community members, starting Tuesday.

All community members are invited to join these meals by bringing a non-pork dish to pass. Drink and table service provided. The students anticipate not only the food but the fellowship.

The meals begin at 8:15 Tuesday night at Good Shepherd.  They continue on May 14th, 21st, and 28th at the United Methodist church, then conclude with the last meal on June 4th at Good Shepherd. Starting time for all meals will be determined by the official setting of the sun.
