Decorah High School ranked the 3rd best high school in Iowa

U.S. News and World Report has issued its 2019 rankings of high schools in the United States—and Decorah High School is ranked the 3rd best high school in Iowa.

US News gave Decorah HS an overall score of 93.51.  It noted that 97 percent of Decorah HS students showed mathematics proficiency; 96 percent showed reading proficiency and 33 percent of Decorah HS students took at least one AP® Exam.  US News also noted 97 percent of students graduated.

Decorah High School has consistently scored in the top 10 of Iowa high schools in the annual US News rankings.
