La Crescent, MN man served arrest warrant in Winneshiek County Jail

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports, early Wednesday morning 36-year-old Damien Reinsvold of La Crescent, MN was incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail and served an arrest warrant for felony fleeing a peace office in a motor vehicle.
