Letter to the Editor: Dog swim would be missed

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by Janelle Pavlovec of Decorah in response to the news story http://www.decorahnews.com/news-stories/2019/04/22075.html that the Decorah Swimming Pool's dog swim may be discontinued because of new Iowa Department of Public Health guidelines):

"Ever since the dog swim was started, I have gone to watch. Most of the dogs are having so much fun they are actually smiling. Closing of the pool meant winter could not be far behind, but this event made it a joyful occasion."
