Letter to the Editor: Downtown Decorah Betterment Association statement supports the Hy-Vee project

"The Downtown Decorah Betterment Association is encouraged by the efforts that Decorah Jobs, Winneshiek County Development, and the City of Decorah have demonstrated in order to attract an experienced developer and a quality tenant to the former Quillin's location in the Centrum Plaza. We anticipate that these efforts will continue to create a favorable business climate and help maintain the vitality of our community as a whole. DDBA endorses this economic development project, the collaboration that has made it happen, and future projects for the betterment of Decorah."
