Rosemaling convention will be held in Decorah

The group "Rosemalers Coast to Coast" is announcing it will host a rosemaling convention this summer in Decorah.

Founder and Board President Lois Mueller says the decision was made following a successful convention in Decorah in 2018.  The 2019 convention will be held June 24th through the 27th at Luther College.

There will be four full days of classes for all levels of painters, as well as behind-the-scenes tours of the special collections at Vesterheim Museum.  The association will host its annual meeting during the convention on Tuesday afternoon.

Registration has begun at www.rosemalingcoast2coast.com.  The website also has the full convention schedule, a list of classes, and a registration form.
