New Hampton man and Decorah woman transported to the Winneshiek County Jail

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two individuals were arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on separate arrest warrants.

19-year-old Kameron Powell Sikkink of New Hampton was arrested in the Fayette County Jail on Tuesday morning and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for a violation of probation arrest warrant.

56-year-old Kim Kerr of Decorah was arrested in Decorah Wednesday night and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for a failure to serve jail time arrest warrant.
