The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office is reporting three separate incidents over the weekend.

A Decorah man was ticketed Friday for Failure to Maintain Control after his truck was discovered in a ditch off Bear Creek Road in Highland Township.  40-year-old Earl Arneson had crashed the truck at some undetermined time, with a call from the public alerting Sheriff's Deputies. The truck suffered $25,000 in damages.  Arneson was not injured.  He was ticketed for failure to maintain control.

Around 1:45 Sunday morning, Sheriff's Deputies charged an Ossian man with Operating While Intoxicated.  49-year-old Daniel Leibold was stopped on Highway 52 in Military Township.  He was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on the OWI charge.

Finally, deputies served a warrant on a Decorah man Sunday night for failure to appear in court.  27-year-old Jamarr Eddy was arrested and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
