Waukon man charged with shoplifting at Walmart

The Decorah Police Department reports a man has been charged with shoplifting at Walmart.

On Wednesday afternoon shortly before 4:30 p.m., Decorah Police were contacted by the Loss Prevention staff at Walmart advising they had subjects in their office who were caught shoplifting. As a result, 30-year-old Jason Baumgartner of Waukon was charged with Theft 5th Degree.
