Spillville woman faces charges in Fayette County

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office says deputies have charged 27-year-old Marie Busarow of Spillville with Third Offense Operating While Intoxicated, as well as with Public Intoxication.

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office says it received a report of a vehicle striking a bridge on 250th Street; approximately 4 miles north of Hawkeye, around 1:30 Saturday morning.

Sheriff's deputies arrived at the scene and found Busarow to be intoxicated. She was taken to the Fayette County Jail, and is being held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
