Letter to the Editor: Why won't the City of Decorah fly to American flag on Vietnam Veterans Day?

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by C. Dennis Ohlert of Decorah):

"Isn't it interesting that the Decorah City Council will no longer honor Vietnam Veterans on Vietnam Veterans Day with a flag display, but will put flags out in honor of a foreign country's independence day (Syttende Mai)?  What's wrong with this picture?"
