Traffic stop leads to OWI charge for Decorah woman

On Saturday, Decorah Police initiated a traffic stop for a traffic violation on Hwy 9 that later turned into an OWI investigation.

54-year-old Linda Blodgett of Decorah was charged with Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 1st offense, a serious misdemeanor.
