State Senator Mike Breitbach says help is available for flooding victims

State Senator Mike Breitbach is reminding area residents that Iowa Governor Reynolds has issued a disaster proclamation for over 50 counties in Iowa, including Clayton, Fayette, and Winneshiek Counties.

Breitbach says the state proclamation means residents can apply for the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and the Disaster Case Management Program to assist with recovery. More information about the programs is available at www.floods2019.iowa.gov or by phone at 1-800-621-3362 or 1-800-462-7585 TTY.
