Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies on Thursday arrested 44-year-old Ronald Still Junior on a violation of probation warrant and took him to the Winneshiek County Jail.
Still was sentenced in Winneshiek County Court in 2014 to three to five years probation on a charge of Attempted First Degree Burglary. In 2018 a charge of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree was filed against him, resulting in an additional one to two years probation. Court documents quote his probation officer as saying "since this time, the Defendant has been terminated from his employment, no longer has a valid phone number, has been using illegal drugs, has been charged (in Howard County) with Third Degree Harassment and has failed to maintain contact with his probation officer."
