Traffic accident causes $11,200 in damages

The sun's glare is being blamed for causing a three-vehicle accident on North Street on Thursday morning.

Decorah Police say 21-year-old Kaelib Teegarden of Coon Rapids, Minnesota was traveling east on North street around 7:30 and could not see with the sum glaring.  Teegarden struck a parked car, which got pushed into another parked car.

Teegarden was not injured and was not ticketed.
