Luther College to officially announce the name of its 11th President

The search for a new President at Luther College is wrapping up, according to an unofficial campus source.

The name of the person chosen to be the college's 11th President is expected to be announced officially on Tuesday.  Sources say the nominee is Jenifer Ward, who serves as Provost and Dean of the College at Centenary College in Louisiana.  In that position she provides support, resources, and resolution in areas of academic affairs and student development.

Ward has a PhD from Vanderbuilt University and has worked in academia for nearly 30 years.
