Two arrested on drug charges

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a La Crosse man and a West Union woman on drug charges.

35-year-old Eugene Spears of La Crosse and 34-year-old Krista Reinsvold of West Union were stopped around 8:00 Sunday morning while driving on County Road V68 in Jackson Junction Township.  They were both arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on charges of Third or Subsequent Offense felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
