Ossian resident arrested for drunk driving

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says deputies pulled over an Ossian man around 2:00 Sunday morning on suspicion of drunk driving.

20-year-old Luke Massman was arrested on a charge of operating while under the influence and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
