Did you have flooding damage last week? Winneshiek County Emergency Management wants to hear from you

The WInneshiek County Emergency Management Agency is asking for the public's assistance in self-reporting any and all flooding damages throughout Winneshiek County.
Self-reporting damages will help expedite getting resources to those areas in need. The Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management also utilizes this data in deciding whether or not to request a Presidential Disaster Declaration. Earlier last week, Winneshiek County was declared a state disaster area because of flooding.
Begin the self-reporting process by going to
www.winneshiekcounty.org, hover over "departments" and click on "Emergency Management." The link can be found on the top of that page listed as "State of Iowa Public Damage & Storm Reporting." You can also go directly to the site at:
