Letter to the Editor: About electrical rates and wind energy

(The following Letter to the Editor is from David Amdahl of Decorah, in response to an earlier Letter to the Editor from Bob Puffer of Decorah-- http://www.decorahnews.com/news-stories/2019/03/21688.html):

"I'd remind Mr. Puffer that the reason Alliant gave (for the proposed rate increase) was expanding the use of expensive wind energy, which is exactly what Decorah Power promised. They didn't succeed in imposing this upon me last time. I'm hoping they don't succeed next time!"
